鞘胺醇-1-磷酸受体1选择性调节剂的研究进展

Research Progress of Sphingosine-1-Phosphate Receptor 1 Selective Modulators

  • 摘要: 鞘氨醇-1-磷酸(sphingosine-1-phosphate,S1P)是调节细胞内外多种生物学功能的重要信号分子。S1P通过结合5种G蛋白偶联受体(G protein-coupled receptors,GPCRs)亚型介导多重下游信号通路产生相关的细胞生理功能。近年来,对选择性鞘氨醇-1-磷酸受体1(sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1,S1PR1)调节剂的研究已成为发现免疫性疾病治疗药物的热点。综述总结了近年来S1PR1调节剂的研究进展,对构效关系进行了讨论,并在此基础上探讨了此类调节剂的发展方向。

     

    Abstract: Sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) is an important signaling molecule that regulates multiple biological functions inside and outside cells.It mediates multiple downstream signaling pathways through binding to five G protein-coupled receptor subtypes to produce related physiological functions of cells.In recent years, the study of selective sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 1 (S1PR1) modulators has become a hot spot in the discovery of therapeutic drugs against immune diseases.This review summarizes the research progress of S1PR1 modulators in recent years, and discusses the structure-activity relationship and the development direction of such modulators.
