代谢组学在缺血性脑卒中诊断和中药治疗研究中的应用进展

Application of Metabolomics in Diagnosis and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke with Traditional Chinese Medicines

  • 摘要: 缺血性脑卒中(IS)是一种病理机制复杂的中枢神经系统疾病,目前尚无完善的快速鉴别诊断策略和安全有效的综合治疗手段,对人类健康造成了巨大威胁。中药具有多成分、多靶点、多途径的治疗特点,在综合治疗IS方面具有独特的优势。近年来,代谢组学技术迅速发展,为基于生物标志物的IS诊断提供了新的工具,同时为中药治疗IS研究提供了新的技术平台。综述近年来代谢组学在IS诊断和中药治疗研究中的应用,以期为IS诊治体系的进一步发展提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Ischemic stroke (IS) is a central nervous system disease with complex pathological mechanisms.Currently, there is no perfect strategy for rapid differential diagnosis or absolutely safe and effective comprehensive therapeutic method for IS, which poses a huge threat to human health.Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has the characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway treatment, with its unique advantages in comprehensive treatment of IS.In recent years, metabolomics has developed rapidly, providing a new tool for IS diagnosis based on biomarkers and a new technical platform for the study of TCM treatment of IS.This study reviewed the application of metabolomics in diagnosis and treatment of IS with traditional Chinese medicines, in order to provide reference for further development of the diagnosis and treatment system of IS.
