Advances in Research on Signaling Pathways of Renal Fibrosis

  • 摘要: 肾纤维化是一种慢性进行性纤维化疾病,是许多慢性肾脏疾病发展过程中的必经阶段。肾纤维化的发病机制目前尚不明确,其主要特征为肾组织损伤、炎症、细胞外基质沉积和肾小管上皮细胞-间充质转化。几种信号通路在肾纤维化的发生发展中发挥着重要的作用,其中TGF-β/Smad、Wnt/β-catenin和Hedgehog等信号通路与肾纤维化密切相关。对这3种信号通路进行综述,旨在为肾纤维化相关研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Renal fibrosis is a chronic fibrotic disease, which is a necessary stage in the development of many chronic kidney diseases. Pathologic mechanism of renal fibrosis is still unclear, and its main characteristics are renal tissue injury, inflammation, extracellular matrix deposition and renal tubular epithelial cell-mesenchymal cell transformation. Several signaling pathways such as TGF-β/Smad, Wnt/β-catenin and Hedgehog are closely related to renal fibrosis and play important roles in the occurrence and development of renal fibrosis. This article reviews these three signaling pathways in the hope of providing some reference for renal fibrosis-related research.
