Research Progress in N-Phenylpropenoyl-L-amino Acids

  • 摘要: N-苯丙烯酰氨基酸类化合物是氨基酸的N-苯丙烯酰化产物,具有抗氧化、抗微生物、抑制酪氨酸酶、抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶和抗神经炎症等多方面的活性。在医药、食品和化妆品等领域具有良好的应用前景。综述N-苯丙烯酰氨基酸类化合物的合成方法和药理活性研究进展,旨在为该类化合物的构效关系深入研究和开发应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: N-phenylpropenoyl-L-amino acids(NPAs) are phenylpropenoyled products of amino acids with multiple pharmacological activities, such as anti-oxidative, anti-microbial, tyrosinase-inhibiting, α-glucosidase-inhibiting, and anti-neuroinflammatory activities. NPAs have very promising application prospect in the fields of medicine, food and cosmetics. This paper reviewed recent advances in synthetic methods and pharmacological activities of NPAs, so as to provide references for further study of their structure-activity relationship and development of NPAs.
