Advances in Research on Cannabidiol and Its Derivatives

  • 摘要: 大麻二酚(CBD)因具有神经保护、镇痛、抗炎、抗氧化以及抗癫痫等药理学作用或功效而受到广泛的关注。通过对天然与合成来源的CBD类化合物的化学结构特征及其潜在的生物学作用或可能的作用机制进行综述,以期为CBD及其衍生物的开发和应用提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: Cannabidiol (CBD) has received wide attention due to its neuroprotective, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiepileptic pharmacological effects. This article summarizes the natural and synthetic CBD derivatives based on the chemical structure characteristics of these compounds and their potential biological effects or molecular mechanisms, in order to provide new insights for the development and application of CBD and its derivatives.
