Advances in Research on New Techniques of Marine Microorganism Culture

  • 摘要: 近年来,新化学结构和生物活性物质的发现几率持续下降,为了克服传统培养方法的不足,各种微生物培养新技术应运而生,主要包括共培养、高通量培养、诱捕器原位培养筛选以及土壤基质膜系统方法等。对近年来上述4种微生物培养新方法的研究案例进行归纳总结,旨在为未来的微生物培养提供借鉴,以期发现更多新型的天然产物。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, the probability of discovering new chemical structures and bioactive substances continues to decline. In order to overcome the disadvantages of traditional culture methods, new methods for microbial culture were developed, including co-culture, highthroughput culture, in situ culture, and soil substrate membrane system (SSMS) methods. This review mainly summarizes the selected cases of the aforementioned four methods in recent years, hoping to provide references for future microbial culture studies, with the purposes to discover more new natural products.
