Research and Application of 3D Printing Technology in the Field of Pharmaceutical Preparation

  • 摘要: 3D打印技术作为一种新型立体成型技术,最初被应用于建筑、航空航天、工业金属等领域,而后逐渐被应用于医药行业。通过介绍3D打印技术中的选择性激光烧结、光固化成型、喷墨成型、熔融沉积成型、半固体挤出成型5种成型技术的工作原理及特点,对其在药物制剂领域中的优势、挑战以及未来发展方向进行分析和讨论,希望能为3D打印技术在药物制剂领域中的应用提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: As a new three-dimensional molding technology, 3D printing technology was firstly applied in such fields as architecture, astronautics and aerospace, and industrial metallurgy, and has been gradually applied to the pharmaceutical industry. By introducing the working principles and features of each one of the five types of 3D printing technology, including selective laser sintering, stereo lithography apparatus, ink-jet printing, fused deposition modeling and semi-solid extrusion, and discussing through analysis the advantages, challenges and prospects in the field of pharmaceutical preparation, this review aims to provide a new direction for the application of 3D printing technology in the field of pharmaceutical preparation.
