肿瘤疫苗纳米佐剂的研究进展

Research Progress of Nanoadjuvants for Tumor Vaccines

  • 摘要: 纳米医学的兴起为肿瘤疫苗的研发带来新的契机。纳米佐剂系统在抗原的靶向递送与可控缓释中发挥重要作用;同时也为免疫活化提供共刺激信号,发挥协同活化作用。综述基于合成与生物衍生材料的纳米佐剂的应用,重点讨论纳米佐剂免疫调节、药物递送以及联合治疗的现状,并对纳米佐剂的应用前景进行展望。

     

    Abstract: The development of nanomedicine has brought new opportunities for tumor vaccine research. The nanoadjuvant system plays an important role in the targeted delivering and controlled releasing of antigens, and exerts synergistic immune activation by transmitting costimulatory signals. This article reviews the application of nanoadjuvants based on synthetic and natural materials, and describes the status of nanoadjuvants in immunomodulation, drug delivery and combination therapy, with a prospect of the future application and further study of nanoadjuvants.
