炎症在缺血性脑卒中中的作用机制及抗炎药物治疗进展

Research Progress of Mechanisms and Drug Therapy for Inflammation in Ischemic Stroke

  • 摘要: 炎症在缺血性脑卒中和其他形式的脑损伤的发病机制中起重要作用。大脑对缺血损伤的反应包含一个急性和长期的炎症过程,其特征是小胶质细胞的快速极化、促炎细胞因子的产生以及各种类型的白细胞(包括淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞)进入缺血脑组织,这些机制共同导致缺血性脑卒中。通过开发靶向炎症机制的药物治疗缺血性脑卒中已在临床前试验中取得了可观的进展。综述炎症在缺血性脑卒中发病中的作用机制及抗炎药物研究进展,以期为相关研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Inflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ischemic stroke and other forms of brain injury. The response of brain to ischemic injury contains an acute and long-term inflammatory process characterized by rapid polarization of microglia, production of pro-inflammatory cytokines, and infiltration of various types of leukocyte (including lymphocyte, neutrophil, and monocyte) in ischemic brain tissue, which lead to ischemic stroke. Considerable progress has been made in preclinical trials to treat ischemic stroke by developing drugs targeting inflammatory mechanisms. This paper reviews the mechanisms of inflammation in ischemic stroke and the development of anti-inflammatory drugs for ischemic stroke, so as to provide the basis for related research.
