同位素示踪技术在药学研究领域的应用进展

Application of Radioisotope Tracer Technique in Pharmaceutical Research

  • 摘要: 同位素示踪技术具有灵敏度高、适用范围广、检测方便等特点,是医药研发领域中重要的研究手段。同位素示踪技术有望在探索疾病的发生、发展和转归以及药物评价中发挥桥梁作用。对近年来同位素示踪技术应用于疾病机制探索及药学研究的新进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: With the characteristics of high sensitivity, wide range of application and convenient detection, radioisotope tracer technique has become an important research method in pharmaceutical research. It is expected to play the role of a bridge in exploring the occurrence, development and outcome of disease and drug evaluation. This article reviews the recent progress in the application of radioisotope tracer technique in the exploration of disease mechanisms and pharmaceutical research.
