生物相关配体钙(Ⅱ)配合物的药理活性研究进展

Progress in Research on Pharmacological Activities of Calcium(II) Complexes of Biorelevant Ligands

  • 摘要: 钙元素是与各种生命活动及其生化过程最为密切相关的金属元素之一,在生物化学和药物化学研究中占有重要的地位。但由于钙离子(Ca2+)拥有碱土金属饱和电子结构和硬酸的特点,导致其配位性能较弱,因此其配合物研究相对较少;与药理活性及其应用相关的钙(Ⅱ)配合物研究则更为鲜见。聚焦Ca2+显著的生物活性及潜在的药理活性,综述近年来有关钙(Ⅱ)配合物的合成及其药理活性和生物活性方面的研究进展;同时结合笔者所在课题组近期的相关研究结果,对新型氟喹诺酮类钙(Ⅱ)配合物在兽药领域的前期应用基础研究进行介绍,以期为进一步探讨和揭示钙(Ⅱ)配合物的药理活性和生理功能提供依据。

     

    Abstract: Calcium is one of the most important metal elements related to life activities and biochemical processes. It plays an important role in biochemistry and medicinal chemistry. However, due to its saturated electronic structure as one of the alkaline earth metals and its characteristics of hard acids, Ca2+ shows weak coordination properties, there are relatively few studies on its complexes, and even fewer on calcium(II) complexes related to pharmacological activities and the corresponding applications. In this review, we focused on the significant biological activity and potential pharmacological activities of Ca2+, and summarized the research progresses in recent years with regard to the syntheses and the related biological activity studies of the Ca(II) complexes of bio-active ligands. Besides, the preliminary research achievements targeting the new veterinary Ca(II) complexes of fluoroquinolones are introduced on the basis of our recent research work, so as to provide reference for further exploration and understanding of the pharmacological activities and physiological functions of the Ca(II) complexes.
