运动调节血管稳态与重构的分子机制及相关生物药物研发进展

Molecular Mechanism of Exercise-Regulated Vascular Homeostasis and Remodeling and the Development of Related Biological Medicine

  • 摘要: 心血管疾病是引起全球人口死亡的主要原因,中国心血管疾病患病率持续上升。多数心血管疾病的发生和发展与血管自稳态失衡、血管不良重构有关。运动可以保护心血管健康,参与调节血管稳态及良性重构。基于运动的心血管保护效应,深入了解血管稳态及血管重构的分子机制,对发掘血管重构相关的心血管疾病的治疗药物、防治重大心血管不良事件具有重要的指导意义。围绕运动保护血管稳态与重构的分子机制,对血管不良重构的潜在靶点及生物药物的研发进展进行综述,以期为相关药物的研发提供新的思路和理论指导。

     

    Abstract: Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide, and the morbidity rate of these diseases is continuously increasing in China. The occurrence and development of most cardiovascular diseases are associated with the imbalance of vascular homeostasis and adverse vascular remodeling. Exercise protects cardiovascular health and is involved in regulating vascular homeostasis. Based on the cardiovascular protective effect of exercise, in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanism of vascular homeostasis and vascular remodeling is of great guiding significance for exploring the therapeutic drugs for vascular remodeling. In the present article, the molecular mechanism of vascular homeostasis and remodeling based on exercise-induced cardiovascular protection was addressed. Additionally, the potential biological medicine for treating adverse vascular remodeling as well as their development were reviewed. This may provide new direction and theoretical guidance for the research and development of vascular-related drugs.
