Research Progress in Polyamide-amine Dendrimers for Tumor-targeted Delivery of Nano-therapeutics

  • 摘要: 聚酰胺-胺是一类广泛研究的树状聚合物,其作为药物载体具有粒径可控、单分散性好、无免疫原性、生物可降解且表面易于修饰等特点。聚酰胺-胺经过各种修饰后,具有可以控制药物释放、靶向性高、毒副作用低等优点,已被广泛应用于肿瘤靶向药物递送系统。综述近年来聚酰胺-胺树状聚合物用于肿瘤靶向药物递送系统的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Polyamide-amine is a kind of widely studied dendrimer with the characteristics of controllable particle size, good monodispersity, non-immunogenicity, biodegradablility and easy modification on the surface. After various modifications, polyamide-amines have the advantages of controllable drug release, good targeting, low toxicity and so on, and have been widely applied in tumor-targeted drug delivery system. In this paper, the recent advances in the research of polyamide-amine dendrimers as tumor-targeted drug delivery systems were reviewed.
