Abstract: This article selects six tyrosine kinase inhibitors, the generics of which have been approved in China, and analyzes the patent layout of original research companies in China. Besides, it summarizes the patent layout strategies of foreign companies in China, so as to provide some inspiration and experience in drug patent distribution and competition strategies for the Chinese pharmaceutical companies.
