Role of Fibroblast Growth Factors in Murine Pancreas Development of Mouse

  • 摘要: 成纤维细胞生长因子(FGFs)家族与胰腺的发育密切相关。小鼠胰腺发育期间,FGFs与胰腺发育相关的转录因子协同调控祖细胞的增殖、分化,对祖细胞的分化方向具有极大的指导性。同时,对腺泡、导管和胰岛的形态演变及功能成熟也具有一定的调控作用。其中,FGF21主要调控胰岛功能成熟,FGF2、FGF4、FGF7以及FGF10在胰腺发育前期发挥主要作用,调控胰腺谱系形成。通过对胰腺发育与FGFs之间的相互作用及其研究进展展开综述,为胰腺相关疾病的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Fibroblast growth factors (FGFs) are a family closely associated with the development of pancreas. During the development of mouse pancreas, FGFs and pancreatic transcription factors coordinately regulate the proliferation and differentiation of progenitor cells, which provides significant guidance for the direction of differentiation. They also play a certain role in the morphological evolution and functional maturation of acini, ducts and islets. Among them, FGF21 mainly regulates the functional maturation of pancreatic islets; FGF2, FGF4, FGF7 and FGF10 play a major role in the early stage of pancreatic development, regulating the formation of pancreatic lineage. This paper reviews the interaction between pancreatic development and FGFs and its research progress, aiming to provide reference for the research on pancreas-related diseases.
