真菌来源天然产物全合成研究进展

Recent Progress in Total Synthesis of Fungi-derived Natural Products

  • 摘要: 来源于真菌的天然产物具有广泛的生物活性,逐渐成为具有新颖骨架和独特作用机制的化学药物的分子库。完成此类天然产物的全合成将为后续生物机制研究和创新药物研发奠定基础。基于此,综述真菌来源天然产物的全合成研究进展,总结近几年内真菌类天然产物化学合成的重要实例,以供读者了解真菌来源天然产物化学全合成前沿进展。

     

    Abstract: Natural products from fungi have extensive biological activities, serving as a molecule library with novel scaffolds and unique mechanisms. Their total synthesis will pave the way for further investigations on biological mechanisms and development of novel drugs. Herein, research progress in the total synthesis of fungi-derived natural products and some successful examples in recent years were reviewed, so as to provide readers with the most recent progress in this feld.
