Research Advances in Development of Regeneration Family Proteins as Novel Drugs

  • 摘要: Reg蛋白家族是一种具有促进多种组织和细胞增殖、抑制凋亡等多功能的蛋白超家族。最新研究表明,Reg蛋白与多种疾病的发生、发展和治疗密切相关。重点阐述Reg蛋白在糖尿病、自身免疫疾病、炎症、癌症等疾病中发挥的作用及其作为新型药物应用于相关疾病治疗的研究进展,为Reg蛋白的药物研发提供了思路。

     

    Abstract: The Reg protein family is a multifunctional protein superfamily that promotes the proliferation of various tissues and cells and inhibits apoptosis. Recent studies have suggested that Reg proteins are closely related to the pathogenesis development and treatment of various diseases. This article focuses on the roles of Reg proteins in diabetes, autoimmune diseases, inflammation, cancer, and other diseases, as well as the research progress in their applications as new drugs for relevant therapy, so as to provide new perspectives for the development of Reg proteins.
