转移核糖核酸相关失调与2型糖尿病发病机制研究进展

Research Progress in tRNA-associated Dysregulation in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

  • 摘要: 2型糖尿病(T2DM)的发生发展与遗传因素和环境因素有关。转移核糖核酸(tRNA)的基本功能是参与蛋白质的翻译,同时能够将信使核糖核酸(mRNA)所携带的遗传信息准确地翻译成蛋白质的氨基酸序列。近年来研究表明:tRNA相关的失调与T2DM有关,且在T2DM的发病机制中起着至关重要的作用。针对tRNA突变、tRNA修饰和tRNA氨酰化在T2DM中的相关失调研究进展进行综述,以期进一步了解T2DM的发病机制,为T2DM的个体化治疗提供新的思路。

     

    Abstract: It's widely recognized that genetic and environmental factors are significant to the development and progression of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). The basic function of transfer RNAs (tRNAs) is to participate in protein translation and accurately translate the genetic information carried by messenger RNA (mRNA) into amino acid sequence. However, recent studies have shown that tRNA-associated dysregulation is related to T2DM and plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of T2DM. This paper reviewed the research progress of tRNA-associated dysregulation in T2DM including tRNA mutations, tRNA modifications and tRNA aminoacylation, aiming at a better understanding of the pathogenesis of T2DM and providing new ideas for the personalized treatment of this metabolism-associated disease.
