中药药效物质基础的相对动态性研究进展

Progress of Research on Relative Dynamics of the Pharmacodynamic Material Basis of Traditional Chinese Medicines

  • 摘要: 中药有效部位、单味中药以及中药复方,一般具有多成分、多效应、多靶点的特征,多种活性成分可以作用于同一靶点,而同一靶点又可对应多种活性物质,使得中药发挥药效的物质基础尤为复杂,具有相对动态性。同一药材或复方发挥不同药效的物质基础不同,发挥同一药效的物质之间也可能互相替代。因此,药材和复方的药效物质基础的准确阐释在现阶段面临很大挑战。中药质量控制的关键是确定药材和复方针对不同疾病的质量标志物,并加强中药从种植到使用过程中的规范性。综述了中药药效物质基础相对动态性的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Effective parts of traditional Chinese medicines, single traditional Chinese medicines and traditional Chinese compound medicines generally have the characteristics of being multi-component, multi-effect and multi-target. Multiple active ingredients can act on the same target, and the same target can correspond to multiple active substances, making the material basis for traditional Chinese medicines to exert their medicinal effects particularly complex and relatively dynamic. The material basis for the medicinal materials or compound medicines to exert their efficacy is different, and the substances with the same efficacy may also replace each other. Therefore, it is a great challenge to accurately describe the pharmacodynamic material basis of medicinal materials and compounds. The key to quality control of traditional Chinese medicines is to determine the quality markers of medicinal materials and compound prescriptions for different diseases, and to strengthen the standardization of traditional Chinese medicines from planting to clinical application. This article reviews the progress of research on relative dynamics of the pharmacodynamic material basis of traditional Chinese medicines.
