艾地苯醌及其在疾病治疗中的应用

Idebenone and Its Therapeutic Effects

  • 摘要: 抗氧化剂在治疗和预防许多全身和局部疾病中的关键作用已广为人知。艾地苯醌是目前临床应用最有效的抗氧化剂之一,它是辅酶Q10的合成类似物。在临床上主要用于治疗与氧化压迫有关的中枢神经系统退化疾病,如阿尔茨海默病(AD)、多梗死性痴呆、大脑局部贫血及脑衰等;也用于线粒体功能异常引起的疾病,如弗里德赖希共济失调症(FRDA)、莱伯氏遗传性视神经病变(LHON)和杜氏肌营养不良症(DMD)等的治疗。通过对艾地苯醌的化学结构、药理作用及其在疾病治疗中的应用进行详细介绍,以期为艾地苯醌更多治疗作用的研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The critical role of antioxidants in the treatment and prevention of many systemic and local diseases is well known. Idebenone is one of the most effective antioxidants in clinical application. It is a synthetic analog of coenzyme Q10 mainly used in the clinical treatment of degenerative diseases of the central nervous system related to oxidative stress, like Alzheimer's disease, multi-infarct dementia, cerebral anemia and brain failure as well as diseases caused by mitochondrial dysfunction, like Friedreich's ataxia, Leber's hereditary optic neuropathy and Duchenne muscular dystrophy. Through detailed introduction of the chemical structure, pharmacological effects of idebenone and its application in disease treatment, this paper provides some reference for futher research on the therapeutic effects of idebenone.
