银杏叶提取物治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

Research Progress of Ginkgo Biloba Extract in the Treatment of Ischemic Stroke

  • 摘要: 银杏叶提取物具有显著的临床疗效,是迄今为止应用最为广泛的植物药提取物之一,成为国内外开发利用的热点。银杏叶提取物含有黄酮类、萜类内酯、有机酸类等多种化学成分,常用于治疗多种疾病尤其是缺血性脑卒中。缺血性脑卒中是脑动脉短期内因局部血流灌注减少或完全中断导致的脑组织软化坏死。从缺血性脑卒中的病理机制出发,着重探讨银杏叶提取物中对抗缺血性脑卒中的主要化学成分及其神经保护作用的药理研究进展,以期为银杏叶提取物的应用和开发提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Extract of Ginkgo biloba (EGB), one of the most widely-used herbal medicine extracts with significant clinical efficacy, has become a hot spot for development and utilization at home and abroad. Composed of various chemical components, including flavonoids, terpene lactones and organic acids, it has been extensively used for clinical application, especially in the treatment of ischemic stroke. Ischemic stroke is a short-term cerebral artery disease caused by reduced or completely interrupted local blood perfusion, resulting in the softening and necrosis of brain tissue. Starting from the pathological mechanism of ischemic stroke, this article focuses on the main chemical components of EGB against ischemic stroke as well as their pharmacological effects of neuroprotection, so as to provide reference for the application and development of EGB.
