Research Progress in the Biomedical Application of Borneol and Its Nano-preparations

  • 摘要: 冰片作为传统中药在抗炎镇痛方面具有重要调控作用,同时由于其具有强大的促透作用,从而可提高药物的血药浓度和生物利用度,因此在食品工业和医药工业应用非常广泛。综述冰片在抗炎、镇痛、神经元保护、促透作用、化疗增敏及其促进纳米药物吸收与递送和剂型改造方面的应用进展。

     

    Abstract: As a traditional Chinese medicine, borneol has anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity. Furthermore, due to its potent penetrationenhancing properties, borneol can improve blood concentration and bioavailability of drugs and thus is widely used in food industry and pharmaceutical industry. In this paper, the anti-inflammatory, analgesic, neuron-protecting and penetration-enhancing activity of borneol, its application as a chemosensitizer and an enhancer of absorption and delivery of nano-drugs as well as the modification of borneol dosage form were reviewed.
