乳油木化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Advances in Studies on Chemical Constituents in Vitellaria paradoxa and Their Pharmacological Actions

  • 摘要: 乳油木是亚撒哈拉非洲地区独特的药食两用植物,可治疗炎症、皮疹、晒伤、痢疾等疾病。乳油木化学成分多样,主要含有三萜、酚类及挥发油类等成分。乳油木的不同植物部位(根、树皮、树叶和果实等)提取物具有抗黑色素、抑制EB病毒早期抗原(EBV-EA)、抗炎、驱虫、抗菌、抗氧化和细胞毒等药理作用。综述乳油木中化学成分及药理作用方面研究进展,展望其在药妆领域皮肤美白等研究方向应用前景,为进一步开发、利用乳油木资源提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Vitellaria paradoxa is indigenous to sub-Saharan Africa. As a medicinal and edible plant, Vitellaria paradoxa has been used in the treatment of inflammation, rashes, sunburn and dysentery. Vitellaria paradoxa contains many kinds of constituents, such as terpenoids, phenols and volatile oils. Pharmacological studies have shown that extracts from different parts of Vitellaria paradoxa such as roots, stem barks, leaves and fruits have diverse pharmacological activities, including inhibition of melanogenesis, inhibition of Epstein Barr virus-early antigen (EBVEA) activation, anti-inflammation, anthelmintic activity, antimicrobial activity, anti-oxidation and cytotoxicity. This review summarized research progress in the chemical constituents of Vitellaria paradoxa and their pharmacological actions and discussed their application prospects in the research direction of skin whitening in cosmeceutical field, so as to provide reference for further exploitation and utilization of this plant resource.
