Progress of Research on Vascular Endothelial Cell Dysfunction and Atherosclerosis

  • 摘要: 血管内皮细胞的功能状态在局部血管舒张、氧自由基产生和维持血管稳态中起重要作用。内皮细胞的功能紊乱是导致动脉粥样硬化的重要因素之一。因此,维持内皮功能的常态,对预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化具有重要意义。简介导致血管内皮细胞功能紊乱的因素和相关临床治疗策略,旨在为预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Vascular endothelial cells play a key role in local vasodilation, oxygen free radical generation, and blood vessel homeostasis.Endothelial cell dysfunction is one of the main factors causing atherosclerosis, therefore, maintaining normal endothelial function is significant to the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis. This article introduces the factors causing endothelial dysfunction and related clinical therapeutics interventions, aiming to provide novel approaches for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
