外泌体在糖尿病发生发展过程中的作用研究进展

Advances on Role of Exosomes in Pathogenesis and Progression of Diabetes Mellitus

  • 摘要: 近几十年来我国糖尿病患者人数迅猛增长,尤其以2型糖尿病患者居多,但其发病机制目前还不明确,缺乏有效的治疗手段。研究发现外泌体携带多种蛋白质、核酸和脂质成分,能够参与细胞间信息交流,是糖尿病发生过程中的重要角色,且具有一定的治疗和诊断作用。对外泌体与糖尿病的相关研究进行简要综述,以期为临床提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The number of diabetics in China, especially those of type 2 diabetes mellitus, has increased rapidly in decades. However, the pathogenesis of diabetes mellitus is still not clear, with still no effective method to treat the disease. Studies found that exosomes play an important role of carrying a variety of proteins, nucleic acids and lipids and participating in cell-cell communication, with some therapeutic and diagnostic function. This review briefly summarizes the roles of exosomes in diabetes mellitus so as to provide references for their clinical application.
