靶向代谢组学应用于衰老相关疾病的研究进展

Application of Targeted Metabolomics in the Reaserch on Aging-related Diseases

  • 摘要: 衰老是指机体随着年龄的增长而发生的组织结构、生理功能和心理行为上的退行性变化。衰老会引起人体代谢紊乱,导致很多疾病的发生,这些疾病通常出现在生命晚期,例如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、糖尿病、心血管疾病和癌症等。随着代谢组学技术的发展,靶向代谢组学在衰老相关疾病中的研究日益增多。因此,通过对采用靶向代谢组学技术研究神经退行性疾病、癌症、心血管疾病等衰老相关疾病的发病及治疗机制进行综述,为靶向代谢组学在衰老相关机制研究方面的应用提供一些研究思路和方法。

     

    Abstract: Aging refers to the degenerative changes in the tissue structure, physiological functions, and psychological behavior of the body with age. It can cause metabolic disorders in the human body, leading to the occurrence of such diseases as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and cancer. With the development of metabolomics, there have been more studies of targeted metabolomics in aging-related diseases. Therefore, this paper reviews the application of targeted metabolomics in the study of the pathogenesis and treatment mechanisms of aging-related diseases such as neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, aiming to provide some reference for the research on the application of targeted metabolomics in the investigation of aging-related mechanisms.
