Research Progress in mRNA Detection Techniques

  • 摘要: mRNA是直接指导蛋白质生物合成的模板,参与基因表达中的信息传递过程。许多研究发现,mRNA可作为肿瘤标志物和癌症治疗的新靶点。因此,开发简单快速、高特异性、高灵敏度的mRNA检测方法对癌症早期诊断和生物医学研究具有重要的意义。综述了mRNA的检测技术的原理和研究进展,并对mRNA检测技术面临的挑战和发展趋势进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: mRNA is a type of template that directly guides protein biosynthesis and is involved in the process of information transmission in gene expression. Many studies have found that mRNA can be used as tumor markers and new targets for cancer therapy. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop simple, rapid, highly specific and sensitive mRNA detection methods for early cancer diagnosis and biomedical research. In this article, the principle and research progress of mRNA detection techniques were reviewed, and the challenges and development trends of mRNA detection techniques were prospected.
