儿童肿瘤分子靶向药物研究进展

Advances in Targeted Therapies for Pediatric Tumors

  • 摘要: 儿童恶性肿瘤是儿童非意外死亡的首要原因。近年来,分子靶向药物在成人肿瘤的临床治疗中取得了重要进展,也为儿童肿瘤的临床治疗带来了新手段和新希望。但是随着下一代测序技术的发展和深入应用,大量研究系统揭示了儿童肿瘤中存在更多独特的分子改变,使得儿童肿瘤的药物研究面临了新挑战和新机遇。综述系统总结了目前儿童肿瘤分子靶向药物的临床应用现状,揭示了儿童肿瘤的分子特征及其潜在新靶点,并对分子靶向药物在儿童肿瘤中的研发进展进行了回顾和展望,以期更好地推动儿童肿瘤的靶向药物治疗。

     

    Abstract: Pediatric malignant tumors are the leading causes of non-accidental death in children. In recent years, targeted therapies have made great progress in the clinical treatment of adult tumors, which brings new strategies and hope for the clinical treatment of pediatric tumors. However, with the development and in-depth application of next-generation sequencing technology, a large amount of research has revealed the existence of a lot of special molecular alterations in pediatric tumors, which brings new challenges as well as opportunities for the development of drugs against pediatric tumors. In order to better promote the development of targeted therapies for pediatric tumors, this review systematically summarizes the current clinical applications of targeted drugs, and reveals the latest molecular characteristics of pediatric tumors and their potential new therapeutic targets, with an outlook of the research direction of targeted drug development in pediatric tumors.
