基于文献计量学的药物性肝损伤现状及机制研究进展

Stat us and Mechanism of Drug-induced Liver Injury Based on Bibliometric Analysis

  • 摘要: 药物性肝损伤(DILI)是药物使用过程中出现较严重的一类不良事件。通过检索Web of Science(WoS)数据库中DILI相关文献,使用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行计量分析,形成可视化网络图谱。分析发现,DILI文献发表数量随时间呈指数增加;美国是最早开展DILI研究的国家,研究成果最多;机制研究是DILI领域的重点内容,当前研究热点集中于线粒体、炎性反应和保护作用等方向。基于文献计量学对DILI发生机制、可能触发的药物研究进行分析,以期为其进一步研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a serious adverse event during drug use. The relevant works of literature in Web of Science (WoS) were analyzed by CiteSpace software with visual network maps. By analyzing the maps, it was found that the number of articles about DILI increased exponentially with time. The United States was the first country to carry out researches on DILI and has made the most achievements. Mechanism has been the focus in the study of DILI, with such current hotspots as mitochondria, inflammation and protective effects. Based on the bibliometric analysis, it's expected to provide some reference for further research by combing out the mechanism of DILI and the possible triggering drugs.
