疾病状态下有机阴离子转运体表达和功能的变化及其机制研究进展

Research Progress of Changes in Expression and Function of Organic Anion Transporters and Their Mechanisms in Disease States

  • 摘要: 有机阴离子转运体属于溶质转运体22亚家族成员,是一类重要的摄取类转运体,其有多个亚型。有机阴离子转运体在体内介导多种小分子内源性物质的转运,起到维持机体内环境稳态的作用。此外,临床上许多药物也是有机阴离子转运体的底物。研究表明某些疾病可能导致有机阴离子转运体表达和功能的异常改变,进而影响药物的疗效或导致机体内源性物质水平紊乱。对有机阴离子转运体的分布和功能进行简要介绍,并综述了疾病状态下有机阴离子转运体表达和功能变化及其机制的研究进展。

     

    Abstract: Organic anion transporters (OATs), members of the solute transporter 22 (SLC22) subfamily, are an important class of uptake transporters with multiple subtypes. OATs mediate the transport of a variety of endogenous substances and play a role in maintaining homeostasis in the body. In addition, many clinical drugs are also substrates for OATs. Studies have shown that some diseases may lead to abnormal changes in the expression and function of OATs, which may affect the efficacy of drugs or lead to disorders of endogenous substances in the body. In this article, the distribution and function of OATs were briefly introduced. In addition, the research progress of changes in the expression and function of OATs and their mechanisms in disease states were reviewed.
