智能微纳机器人在疾病诊疗中的应用进展

Advances in Intelligent Micro/Nanorobots for Disease Diagnosis and Treatment

  • 摘要: 随着微纳加工技术的发展,智能微纳机器人受到多领域的广泛关注,并在化学燃料、外加场(磁场、光场、声场等)和生物能源驱动下实现了智能微纳机器人的有效精细操控。因其体积小、可无线操控、灵敏度高等优势,智能微纳机器人在生物医学领域中展现出巨大的潜力和广泛的应用价值。综述智能微纳机器人的驱动策略及其在疾病诊断、靶向递送、微创手术等疾病诊疗领域的最新应用进展,并讨论了智能微纳机器人在疾病诊疗中面临的挑战和发展前景。

     

    Abstract: With the development of microprocessing technology, intelligent micro/nanorobots, which could be driven by chemical fuels, exogenous fields (magnetic, optical, acoustic, etc.) and bioenergy for effective and fine manipulation, have attracted much attention from multiple fields.Due to their tiny size, wireless maneuverability and high sensitivity, intelligent micro/nanorobots show great potential and wide practical value in biomedical fields.This paper reviews the driving strategies of intelligent micro/nanorobots and their latest advances in disease diagnosis and treatment, including disease diagnosis, targeted delivery and minimally invasive surgery, and discusses the challenges and development prospects of intelligent micro/nanorobots in disease diagnosis and treatment.
