Advances in Research on Nano-micelles Drugs Mediating Chemotherapy-based Combinational Cancer Therapy

  • 摘要: 由于肿瘤的异质性和耐药性,传统单一的化疗策略对癌症的治疗很难达到理想效果。针对复杂的肿瘤结构和独特的肿瘤微环境,基于化疗的肿瘤联合治疗策略可通过不同药效机制协同优化治疗效果,尽量降低癌症化疗期间的副作用。聚合物胶束作为一种重要的药物载体,具有独特的核壳结构,以及优异的载药能力、靶向性和生物可降解性等,为肿瘤治疗策略提供了更多选择。主要介绍了纳米胶束药物介导基于化疗的肿瘤联合治疗的研究进展,为纳米胶束药物的设计制备及临床转化提供参考。

     

    Abstract: It is difficult for conventional mono-chemotherapy strategy to achieve ideal results in the treatment of cancer due to the tumor heterogeneity and drug resistance. Considering the complex tumor structures and special tumor microenvironment (TME), combinational therapeutic strategies based on chemotherapy can synergistically improve the therapeutic effects through different mechanisms, and minimize the adverse effects in the therapy process. As a kind of important drug carrier, polymeric micelles (PMs) have unique core-shell structure, as well as excellent drug-carrying capacity, targeting ability and biodegradability, providing more options for tumor treatment strategies. This article mainly introduced the advances in research on nano-micelles drugs mediating chemotherapy-based combinational cancer therapy, so as to provide reference for the design, preparation and clinical transformation of nano-micelles drugs.
