Research Progress in the Construction and Application of Matrix Metalloproteinase 2/9 Responsive Peptide Probe

  • 摘要: 基质金属蛋白酶家族是肿瘤侵袭转移过程中的一种重要酶类,已有研究表明激活的基质金属蛋白酶与肿瘤的侵袭行为之间明显相关。其中基质金属蛋白酶2和基质金属蛋白酶9在肿瘤侵袭中发挥了重要作用。通过构建探针对基质金属蛋白酶2/9进行检测,可以深入了解其性质及致病机理,并进一步了解肿瘤的恶化程度,从而进行及时治疗。通过对多肽探针检测基质金属蛋白酶2/9的原理和在疾病治疗方面的应用进行综述,为研究人员构建合适的探针检测基质金属蛋白酶提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are an important group of enzyme in the process of tumor invasion and metastasis. Previous studies have shown a significant correlation between activated MMPs and tumor invasion behavior. Among MMPs, MMP-2 and MMP-9 play a major role in tumor invasion. Properties and pathogenesis as well as the degree of tumor deterioration can be better understood by constructing a probe to detect MMP 2/9, so that timely treatment can be performed. This article reviews the principles of peptide probe detection of MMP 2/9 and their application in disease treatment, providing a reference for researchers to build appropriate probes to detect MMPs.
