药用大豆磷脂高含量组成物的拉曼光谱特征峰及其分析方法研究进展

Advances in Research on Raman Spectrum Characteristic Peak and Related Analytical Methods of High-content Compositions in Medicinal Soybean Phospholipid

  • 摘要: 大豆磷脂是一种重要的磷脂,广泛应用于食品、医药、化妆品等领域。近年来,随着对提高药物生产技术水平需求的不断增长,与大豆磷脂提取物相关的生产环节对质量控制的要求也越来越高,而拉曼光谱分析将可能为达到相关质控要求提供重要的支撑。调研了药用大豆磷脂中的6种主要组成物,对已发表文献中拉曼光谱特征峰的分布及特点进行分析,总结了目前可用于大豆磷脂拉曼光谱分析的方法,旨在为后续相关组分的质量控制提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Soybean phospholipid, one of the significant phospholipids, is widely applied in the field of food, medicine, cosmetics, etc.. In recent years, with the continuous increase in the demand for improving the level of drug production technology, the requirements for quality control in the production process related to soybean phospholipid extract have become higher and higher, and such relevant quality control requirements may well be met with support from Raman spectroscopy. Six main components in medicinal soybean phospholipids were investigated, the distribution and characteristics of Raman spectra characteristic peaks in previous literature were analyzed, and the methods currently available for soybean phospholipids Raman spectroscopy were summarized, so as to provide reference for quality control of related components.
