Progress of Research on Metabolic and Organ Tropic Metastasis of Breast Cancer

  • 摘要: 转移是乳腺癌患者死亡的重要诱因,乳腺癌常见转移部位有脑、肺、骨、肝等。乳腺癌转移过程中,各器官独特的营养环境和代谢途径可能是导致其发生倾向性转移的关键因素。综述了不同代谢途径与乳腺癌细胞转移关系的最新研究进展,深入探讨了器官营养环境和代谢途径对乳腺癌倾向性转移的影响机制,并简介通过靶向肿瘤代谢抑制乳腺癌转移的可能治疗药物。

     

    Abstract: Metastasis significantly contributes to the mortality in breast cancer patients, with common metastatic sites including the brain, lungs, bones, and liver, among others. In the process of breast cancer metastasis, the unique nutritional environment and metabolic pathways of different organs may be the key factors leading to its propensity for metastasis. This review summarizes the latest research on the relationship between different metabolic pathways and breast cancer cell metastasis, and deeply explores the mechanisms by which organ nutritional environments and metabolic pathways affect the propensity for metastasis. It also briefly introduces potential therapeutic drugs that target tumor metabolism to inhibit breast cancer metastasis.
