放射性核素靶向策略在胰腺癌诊疗中的研究进展

Research Progress of Radionuclide Targeting Strategies in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Pancreatic Cancer

摘要: 胰腺癌为恶性程度最高的消化道实体肿瘤之一，目前早期诊断与治疗优化面临严峻挑战。研究指出，核医学通过整合功能成像与分子靶向治疗，在早期诊断方面可突破解剖成像局限，在治疗方面能精准杀伤癌细胞，并降低正常组织损伤。回顾了既往研究及现有技术，发现仍存在鉴别良恶性病变的假阳性风险，而且大多放射性药物尚处于临床前研究阶段。通过系统探讨核医学技术在胰腺癌诊疗中的研究进展，分析表明未来发展方向应聚焦于开发新型分子靶点探针，探索放射增敏剂联合治疗方案，与多学科协作并结合基因编辑、人工智能技术，加速临床转化，最终实现胰腺癌诊疗的精准化与个性化突破。
