美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗对急性酒精中毒患者血气指标、肝肾功能等相关指标的影响

Effects of Metadoxine Combined with Naloxone on Blood Gas Parameters, Liver and Kidney Function, and Related Indicators in Patients with Acute Alcohol Intoxication

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨急性酒精中毒患者采用美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗对其疗效的影响。方法 选取2023年4月至2024年4月上海中医药大学博鳌国际医院肝病科接收的88例急性酒精中毒患者,根据患者就诊时间按序号编号,采用随机数字表法分为纳洛酮组(44例),美他多辛联合组(44例)。比较2组的症状指标、血气指标动脉血二氧化碳分压(partial pressure of carbon dioxidein arterial blood,PaCO2)、动脉血氧分压(arterial partial pressure of oxygen,PaO2)、pH值,肝肾功能丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine amino-transferase,ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate transferase,AST)、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,Scr)、血尿素氮(blood urea nitrogen,BUN),氧化应激水平超氧化物歧化酶(superoxidedismutase,SOD)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)。结果 美他多辛联合组的症状缓解时间、症状消退时间、神志恢复时间、住院时间较纳洛酮组缩短(双侧P < 0.05);美他多辛联合组在治疗1 d、5 d后的pH值、PaO2水平高于纳洛酮组,PaCO2水平低于纳洛酮组(双侧P < 0.05);美他多辛联合组在治疗1 d、5 d后的ALT,AST,CK,Scr,BUN水平低于纳洛酮组(双侧P < 0.05);美他多辛联合组在治疗1 d、5 d后的血清SOD水平高于纳洛酮组,MDA水平低于纳洛酮组(双侧P < 0.05)。结论 美他多辛联合纳洛酮治疗急性酒精中毒患者,可改善血气指标,减轻肝肾功能损伤,降低氧化应激水平,并促进症状消退。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of metadoxine combined with naloxone on therapeutic efficacy in patients with acute alcohol intoxication. Methods A total of 88 patients with acute alcohol intoxication admitted to the Hepatology Department of Boao International Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected. Patients were numbered sequentially based on their admission time and randomly divided into a naloxone group (44 cases) and a metadoxine combination group (44 cases) using a random number table. Symptom indicators, blood gas parameters partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood (PaCO2), arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2), pH values, liver and kidney function indicators alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate transferase (AST), creatine kinase (CK), serum creatinine (Scr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), and oxidative stress levels superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) were compared between the two groups. Results Symptom relief time, symptom disappearance time, consciousness recovery time, and hospitalization duration in the metadoxine combination group were all shorter than those in the naloxone group (two-sided P values < 0.05); After 1 and 5 days of treatment, pH values and PaO2 levels in the metadoxine combination group were higher than those in the naloxone group, while the PaCO2 levels were lower than those in the naloxone group (two-sided P values < 0.05). After 1 and 5 days of treatment, the levels of ALT, AST, CK, Scr, and BUN in the metadoxine combination group were lower than those in the naloxone group (two-sided P values < 0.05). After 1 and 5 days of treatment, serum SOD levels in the metadoxine combination group were higher than those of the naloxone group, while the MDA levels were lower than those in the naloxone group (two-sided P values< 0.05). Conclusion The combination of metadoxine and naloxone in the treatment of acute alcohol intoxication patients can improve blood gas parameters, alleviate liver and kidney function damage, reduce oxidative stress levels, and promote symptom resolution.
