Research Progress on Cancer Stem Cell Vaccines

  • 摘要: 肿瘤干细胞是肿瘤组织中具有自我更新与异常分化潜能的细胞亚群,在肿瘤治疗抵抗、转移及复发过程中发挥关键作用。传统癌症疗法对该细胞亚群的清除能力有限,难以从根本上改善患者术后预后。肿瘤干细胞疫苗通过特异性激活机体免疫反应靶向清除该细胞群体,为抑制肿瘤生长和复发提供了新策略,正逐渐成为癌症治疗的新范式。重点介绍肿瘤干细胞生物标志物,并总结肿瘤干细胞疫苗的主要类型与研究近况,以期为该领域的后续研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Cancer stem cells are a subpopulation of cells within tumor tissues that possess self-renewal and aberrant differentiation potential, and they play a key role in tumor treatment resistance, metastasis and recurrence. Traditioanl cancer therapies have limited ability to eliminate this cell subpopulation, making it difficult to fundamentally improve postoperative prognosis. Cancer stem cell vaccines, by specifically activating the body's immune response to target and eliminate this cell population, provide a new strategy for suppressing tumor growth and recurrence, and gradually become a new paradigm in cancer therapy. This review highlights the biomarkers of cancer stem cells and summarizes the main types and current research advances of cancer stem cell vaccines, with the aim of providing a reference for subsequent research in this field.
