Abstract:
Soybean phospholipid, one of the significant phospholipids, is widely applied in the field of food, medicine, cosmetics, etc.. In recent years, with the continuous increase in the demand for improving the level of drug production technology, the requirements for quality control in the production process related to soybean phospholipid extract have become higher and higher, and such relevant quality control requirements may well be met with support from Raman spectroscopy. Six main components in medicinal soybean phospholipids were investigated, the distribution and characteristics of Raman spectra characteristic peaks in previous literature were analyzed, and the methods currently available for soybean phospholipids Raman spectroscopy were summarized, so as to provide reference for quality control of related components.
