Abstract:
Tumor microenvironment-responsive nanogels have attracted more and more attention as nanoscale drug delivery system due to their unique gel three-dimensional network structure, good biocompatibility and extended systemic circulation in vivo. According to the different tumor microenvironments, they can be divided into two categories:biological microenvironment-responsive nanogel and physical microenvironment-responsive nanogel. This paper reviews the application of these two major types of tumor microenvironment-responsive nanogels in drug delivery, in order to provide a reference for the preparation of more accurate and intelligent nanogels in the futre.
