Advances in CD47 Related Signaling Pathways and Its Association with Diseases

  • 摘要: CD47是一种在细胞表面普遍表达的糖蛋白,能与多种胞内外蛋白如凝血栓蛋白1(TSP1)和信号调节蛋白α(SIRPα)发生相互作用,参与多种信号通路的调控,这些信号通路在多种疾病如肿瘤、心血管疾病和自身免疫性疾病的发生和发展过程中起着重要的作用。通过重点阐述CD47的结构、表达、与其他蛋白的相互作用、相关的信号通路以及其与疾病的关系,以期为靶向CD47的治疗策略的开发提供帮助。

     

    Abstract: CD47 is a widely expressed cell surface glycoprotein interacting with a variety of intracellular and extracellular proteins such as thrombospondin 1(TSP1) and signal regulatory protein alpha (SIRPα) and participating in the regulation of multiple signaling pathways, which play an important role in the occurrence and progression of a variety of diseases such as tumor, cardiovascular diseases and autoimmune diseases. This paper illustrates the structure and expression of CD47, its interactions with other proteins, the signaling pathways involving CD47 and its association with diseases in order to provide help for CD47-targeting strategies development.
