Abstract: The implementation of policy for national negotiated drugs concerns the vital interests of insured patients and the health and well-being of the people. This paper reviews the current situation of the national negotiated drugs in Nanjing, and summarizes Nanjing's practical experience in implementing the policies and regulations concerning the national negotiated drugs, with some reflections and suggestions in the hope of providing some reference for promoting the implementation of this policy.
