Abstract
Drug-induced liver injury (DILI) is a serious adverse event during drug use. The relevant works of literature in Web of Science (WoS) were analyzed by CiteSpace software with visual network maps. By analyzing the maps, it was found that the number of articles about DILI increased exponentially with time. The United States was the first country to carry out researches on DILI and has made the most achievements. Mechanism has been the focus in the study of DILI, with such current hotspots as mitochondria, inflammation and protective effects. Based on the bibliometric analysis, it's expected to provide some reference for further research by combing out the mechanism of DILI and the possible triggering drugs.
