Recent Progress in Total Synthesis of Fungi-derived Natural Products

  • Natural products from fungi have extensive biological activities, serving as a molecule library with novel scaffolds and unique mechanisms. Their total synthesis will pave the way for further investigations on biological mechanisms and development of novel drugs. Herein, research progress in the total synthesis of fungi-derived natural products and some successful examples in recent years were reviewed, so as to provide readers with the most recent progress in this feld.
