2017 Report of Changzhou's Biopharmaceutical Industry

In recent years, Changzhou has taken advantage of its geographical and industrial environment to focus on promoting the development of biopharmaceutical industry, and has achieved a certain competitive advantage in Jiangsu province and in China. In 2017, Changzhou's biopharmaceutical industry continued to maintain a steady development tendency and contributed substantially to the city' s economic growth, but there are still many shortcomings. This paper comprehensively summarized the development status of Changzhou's biopharmaceutical industry from the aspects of industrial scale, industrial structure, key enterprises, park construction, innovation platform, innovative projects, etc., revealed the problems existing in the development of Changzhou's biopharmaceutical industry and put forward some development suggestions.
