Advances in Research on Cannabidiol and Its Derivatives

Cannabidiol (CBD) has received wide attention due to its neuroprotective, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antiepileptic pharmacological effects. This article summarizes the natural and synthetic CBD derivatives based on the chemical structure characteristics of these compounds and their potential biological effects or molecular mechanisms, in order to provide new insights for the development and application of CBD and its derivatives.
