Abstract
Receptor-interacting protein 1 (RIP1) is an extremely important regulatory protein in cell necroptosis, and is involved in the occurrence and development of ischemic cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, inflammation, neurodegenerative diseases and malignant tumors. Therefore, RIP1 has attracted great attention from drug researchers as a new type of drug target. This paper reviewed the structure and biological effects of RIP1 as well as the advances in research on RIP1 kinase inhibitors in recent years.
