Abstract
It is difficult for conventional mono-chemotherapy strategy to achieve ideal results in the treatment of cancer due to the tumor heterogeneity and drug resistance. Considering the complex tumor structures and special tumor microenvironment (TME), combinational therapeutic strategies based on chemotherapy can synergistically improve the therapeutic effects through different mechanisms, and minimize the adverse effects in the therapy process. As a kind of important drug carrier, polymeric micelles (PMs) have unique core-shell structure, as well as excellent drug-carrying capacity, targeting ability and biodegradability, providing more options for tumor treatment strategies. This article mainly introduced the advances in research on nano-micelles drugs mediating chemotherapy-based combinational cancer therapy, so as to provide reference for the design, preparation and clinical transformation of nano-micelles drugs.
